Tipton Baptist Church

Jesus Christ is at the center of every ministry at Tipton Baptist Church.  It is our desire that everything we do bring glory to God and lead people to a devoted relationship with Him.                                                                                                                                                                                       

                                                           
                                       Children & Youth Ministries

Nursery:  Child care is provided for children up to age 3 during Sunday school, morning worship service, and Sunday evening service.

Children's Sunday School:  Classes are available for children of all ages.  Our focus is on God's word and building a foundation upon which the children can grow to become godly men and women.

Junior Church:  Children from 4th grade and down are dismissed from the service after the opening exercises for junior church.  Our junior church is structured as a miniature version of the worship service at their level, aimed at preparing them for when they move up into the main service.

AWANA:   Sunday nights at 6:00pm we offer the AWANA program (October through May) for children from age 3 through 6th grade.  during the summer months an alternative program is available for children during the evening service.

Vacation Bible School:  Every year we have Vacation Bible School for children up to 6th grade in July.  More details on this years date and theme still to come.

Tipton Baptist School: We have over 100 children from newborn through kindergarten enrolled in our school.  God has given us a unique opportunity to impact not only these children's lives for Christ, but also that of their parents.

Youth Ministry:  The variety of ministries offered to the youth are detailed on the youth page.

                                                
                                               Adult Ministries

Adult Sunday School Classes:

• An adult class meets in the auditorium taught by Mike Sweitzer
  

• A ladies class meets in the conference room taught by Sarah Pine,

• A couple's class meets in the Annex and is led by Pastor Dan Woodring, Mark Yaudes, and Ara Aposhian.
  

Couples Ministry:  We believe that strong and godly marriages are essential to the future of our church, therefore we have made it a priority to strengthen the marriages in our church as well as reach out to couples and families outside of the church.

Choir & Worship Team:  Our choir and worship team give those with musical talents and abilities the opportunity to use them for Christ's service and glory. 

Ladies Guild:  Ladies guild meets the third Tuesday of every month at the Annex.  It provides the ladies of the church with a time of fellowship as well as an opportunity to serve our missionaries and the various ministry outreaches of our church.

Adult Bible Study:  A monthly Bible study for adults is held the second Thursday of every month at the Annex. 

Men's Prayer Breakfast:  The first Saturday of every month the men meet at 8:00 AM for breakfast, fellowship, Bible study, and Prayer.  They are currently going through the book "The Measure of a Man" by Gene Getz.
